port> Ranetki (em russo: Ранетки) é uma banda russa formada em 2005 por 5 meninas: Lera Kozlova, Anya Rudneva, Genya Ogurtsova, Natasha Shchelkova & Lena Tret'yakova. No mesmo ano lançaram o 1º single, "Ona Odna", e em 2006 o 1º album, "Ranetki". Em 2007 as meninas tiveram seu reconhecimento ao lançar o hit "O Tebe", o qual fez parte do seriado "KADETSTVO", e em seguida assinaram contrato com a emissora STS e foi lançado o seriado "RANETKI", interpretado por cada uma delas, com a historia de jovens que sonham em ser POPSTARS. No fim de 2008 Lera anuncia sua saida da banda por problemas pessoais, e em seu lugar entra Anna Baidavletova.

english> It s considered that the 10th august of 2005 is the date of forming the group and the beginning of girls music careers. They were only 16 and were studying in ordinary school and dreaming about being rock-stars and rehearsing all the free time. Now they are older and much more experienced of performing on the greatest arenas with the most famous music monsters! Every possible festivals, great arenas, super world-wide tours, exciting gigs very far from Russia and full house sole concerts on the motherland - it is just the beginning of their super-star career.

Tne Ranetki band consists of 5 tiny and beautiful girls: Nyuta Ranetka (drums, vocals), Anya Ranetka (rhythm-guitar, vocals), Natasha Ranetka (solo-guitar), Genya Ranetka (keyboards, vocals) and Lena Ranetka (bass-guitar, vocals). Ranetki calls their style street rock it is lively and energetic music, but in the same time quite light rock-music where is a lot of space for girls-lyricks and real rock-n-roll! In 2006 Ranetki released their first album Ranetki which includes 14 tracks, including the main theme from super popular TV serial Kadetstvo the songs We are Rantki and She is alone . In September of 2008 on the most popular entertaining TV channel CTC started project CTC lights the Superstar , where girls were in role of jury and they had to appreciate performances of young bands.
