Em 2007, após participar do reality Idol, Anna Abreu lançou seu 1º album, e desde então vem conquistando mais e mais fãs, sendo considerada a cantora mais bem sucedida de seu país. Além do português e finlândes, Anna também fala inglês, espanhol e sueco, e sua musica passa por ritmos como pop, r&b, latino e dance.

Since her participation in Idols, Abreu has become Finland's most successful female recording artist, with record sales of 150,000 from three albums. Her self-titled debut album is credited as the thirty-ninth best-selling album in Finnish music history with over 86,000 copies sold.
