Começou a sua carreira na edição de 2004 da versão sueca do programa Ídolos, onde acabou em quarto lugar. Saltou para a ribalta em Fevereiro de 2011, quando entrou no Melodifestivalen desse ano com a música “My Heart Is Refusing Me” que, apesar de só ter chegado à Second Chance Round, atingiu o #9 no top dos singles mais vendidos da Suécia. Está desde então a preparar o seu álbum de estreia, do qual também foi lançado o single “Sober”, atingindo a posição #26. Em 2012, voltou a entrar no Melodifestivalen com o tema “Euphoria”, e alcançou o primeiro lugar sendo este single #1 na Suécia, ganhando assim o direito de representar seu país no Eurovision 2012.

Loreen will represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan with her entry "Euphoria". In 2005 she released a single, "The Snake", with the group Rob'n'Raz. Later in 2005 she became a television presenter with the Swedish station TV400 for a year and then took a hiatus from the limelight. Loreen returned to the public eye when she took part in Melodifestivalen 2011 with the song "My Heart is Refusing Me", which she co-wrote with Moh Denebi and Björn Djupström. After placing fourth in the second semifinal in Gothenburg, she competed in the Second Chance round, but failed to qualify to the final after a sing-off with Sara Varga. The song was released on 11 March 2011 and became a hit on the Swedish Singles Chart, reaching #9. In the first semifinal of Melodifestivalen 2012 on February 4, Loreen advanced directly to the final round with her entry "Euphoria", written by Thomas G:son and Peter Boström. She won the national final on March 10 and will now represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan. According to Betfrid she is the favourite to winning the contest.

Lançou os primeiros singles na Dinamarca em 2007 (Flå e Et øjeblik), seguido pelo álbum debut, Tæt på, lançado no mesmo ano. Seu segundo álbum Velkommen til Medina foi lançado em agosto de 2009. O primeiro single deste álbum, Kun for mig, atingiu por quatro vezes o status de disco de Platina e ficou por diversas semanas na primeira posição na parada musical oficial da Dinamarca, Hitlisten, como também o segundo single, Velkommen til Medina. Em setembro de 2009, Medina liberou uma versão em inglês de Kun for mig, intitulado You and I, no Reino Unido, Alemanha, Áustria e Suíça. Essa versão chegou a #39 no UK Singles Chart e entrou no Top 10 na parada de singles alemã. Em julho de 2010, o álbum de estréia internacional Welcome to Medina foi lançado na Alemanha, Áustria e Suíça que chegou a #9, #45 e #24, respectivamente.

She released her first singles in Denmark titled "Flå" (Danish for "Rip") and "Et øjeblik" ("One moment") in 2007, followed by her debut album, Tæt på (Up close).The second single off the same album, "Velkommen til Medina" also peaked at No.1 in Denmark which spent five weeks at the top of the singles chart and reached a platinum status there. In September 2009, Medina released an English-language version of "Kun for mig", titled You and I, in the UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This version reached No.39 on the UK Singles Chart and entered the top-10 on the German Singles Chart. In July 2010, Medina's international debut album, Welcome to Medina was released in Germany, Austria and Switzerland which reached No.9, No.45 and No.24 respectively.

port> Akcent é uma boyband formada em 1999 na Romênia inicialmente criada por Adrian Sana & Ramona Barta, mas após o lançamento do primeiro cd da dupla, Ramona deixa o grupo e Adrian decide chamar mais 3 rapazes para o projeto, que são: Marius Nedelcu, Sorin Brotnei & Mihai Gruia. Em 2006 os meninos lançaram seu primeiro album em ingles, "French Kiss with Kylie", com hits como "Kylie" & "Jokero". Em 2008 Marius decide seguir carreira solo, mas o grupo continua com os 3 integrantes restantes.

In April 2008 Marius Nedelcu left the band. Soon after Marius left, the three boys called in Corneliu Ulici, a former member of another Romanian group called Bliss. However, in September 2009, after 9 months, Corneliu Ulici left the band to dedicate his time to his acting career.

Basshunter descreve sua própria música como eurodance, enquanto outros podem também interpretá-la como electro, dance music e outro gêneros de música eletrônica. Ele se tornou famoso por suas músicas "Boten Anna" (sobre um bot de IRC) e "Vi Sitter I Ventrilo Och Spelar DotA" (sobre o mod do jogo Warcraft III chamado DotA Allstars, presente no patch Frozen Throne), em parte relacionado às suas referências à cultura geek.

Lançou seu segundo disco, STRONGER em 2006, recebendo aclamações pela qualidade e composição do álbum.
