Along with her husband Stephen Hilton, she started another side-project called FlyKKiller, releasing an album Experiments in Violent Light and three EPs in 2007.

A banda começou sua carreira ao ganhar o concurso BRAVO Bandnewcomer Contests em Agosto de 2007, o que lhes garantiu um contrato com a Sony BMG. O primeiro grande show da banda foi no BRAVO Supershow 2008 com cerca de 6000 espectadores. Em 6 de Junho de 2008 surgiu seu single de estréia, "Don't Gimme That". As integrantes Frankie Sandford and Rochelle Wiseman já haviam trabalhado juntas na banda S Club 8. O grupo fez seu primeiro álbum pela gravadora Fascination Records, uma sub-divisão da Polydor Records. O primeiro álbum de estúdio, Chasing Lights, foi produzido no Reino Unido. Todos os singles lançados até hoje atingiram o Top 10 Singles do Reino Unido, entre eles estão: "If This Is Love", "Up", "Issues", "Just Can't Get Enough" (música para a Comic Relief 2009).
