português> Elin Birgitta Lanto é uma famosa cantora suéca, nascida dia 22 de julho de 1984. Ficou famosa por lançar seu primeiro single, e hit, "I Won't Cry", em 2004, e no ano seguinte seu primeiro album, "One". Em 2007 Elin lutou por uma vaga no evento "Eurovision", mas perdeu nas disputas ainda na Suécia, ficando em 3º com a canção "Money". Em 2010 Elin voltou renovada com o album dance "Love Made Me Do It", que possui hits como: "Speak n' Spell", "Discotheque" e "Doctor Doctor".

Lanto first came to prominence after her performance of her song "Money" in Melodifestivalen 2007. She also took part in Melodifestivalen 2010 with "Doctor Doctor". In 2009 Elin made her US debut by releasing the single "Discotheque" on the American iTunes store, also featuring a new remix by Jonas von de Burg. On March 1, 2009, "Discotheque" was featured on Showtime's The L Word.

português> Marina Lambrini Diamandis, nasceu em 10 de Outubro de 1985, mais conhecida pelo seu nome artístico de Marina And The Diamonds (Marina e Os Diamantes), é uma cantora e compositora galêsa de ascendência grega. Ela alcançou à fama depois de chegar no segundo lugar na lista da enquete da BBC Sound 2010, seguida por Ellie Goulding. Depois de lançar o primeiro EP, Marina lançou seu segundo, o The Crown Jewels EP (Joias da Coroa), com a ajuda de Neon Gold Records, em 2009. Agora, assinou contrato com a 679 Recordings, ela lançou seu primeiro álbum de estúdio, The Family Jewels, seguido pelo seu terceiro EP, o The American Jewels EP (Joias Americanas EP), em 2010. português> Hurts é um dueto britânico de synthpop de Manchester composto pelo vocalista Theo Hutchcraft, (nascido em Richmond, em North Yorkshire) e o synth player Adam Anderson. Em Julho de 2009, a banda participou do "Band of the Day" do jornal The Guardian. Eles terminaram em 4º lugar na votação do "Sound of 2010" da BBC. No início de 2010, lançaram oficialmente seu single de estreia "Better Than Love" e começaram a se apresentar ao vivo. "Illuminated" foi tema de um anúncio da emissora de TV britânica Sky1 HD que promovia os seriados de sua grade (Bones, House, Fringe) na primavera/verão de 2010, no Hemisfério Norte. In early 2010 they officially released their debut single, Better Than Love with a famous Romanian actress named Laura Cosoi, and played their first ever live shows. The song "Unspoken" produced by Sky is the Limit turned heads with it's synths and orchestra bridge as it was created by an unknown but creative individual. The song "Illuminated" also was the soundtrack to Sky1 HD's advert to promote their best-watched seasonal programmes in High Definition (Bones, House, Fringe, Stargate Universe) in spring/summer 2010. Their debut album called Happiness was released on 6 September 2010. It contains a duet with Kylie Minogue entitled "Devotion".

português> A'Studio (А-Студио) é uma banda pop da Rússia originalmente composta por Vladimir Mikloshich, Serkebayev Baigali, Baglan Sadvakasov, e o líder Batyrkhan Shukenov. A banda foi criada em 1982 em Almaty , nomeada de "Alma-Ata Studio". Mais tarde, o nome foi simplificado para "A-Studio". Em 1989 a banda lançou o single "Джулия" ("Julia"), a qual fez com que a banda ficasse conhecida por toda a Rússia. Em 2000, Shukenov deixou a banda para seguir carreira solo, com isso a A'Studio introduziu uma nova vocalista, Polina Griffith. A banda lançou vários singles de sucesso com Griffith nos vocais, incluindo "SOS", que alcançou #64 no UK Singles Chart e ganhou popularidade na Europa e nos EUA. Em agosto de 2004, Griffith também deixou a banda para seguir carreira solo. Como resultado, uma nova vocalista, Katy Topuria, originalmente de Tbilisi, Geórgia , juntou-se ao A'Studio. However, this successful new beginning was clouded by the death of Baglan Sadvakasov on 2 August 2006 as the result of a car accident. His place in the band was taken by his son, 17-year-old Tamerlan Sadvakasov. Later, as the younger Sadvakasov left the band to pursue education, Fedor "Federico" Dossumov became the solo-guitarist for A-Studio.

Desde criança, fez parte de musicais e obras teatrais, tendo aos 14 anos de idade um contrato e assim passou a escrever canções no seu país e nos Estados Unidos. Foi contratada pela gravadora Mercury Records aos 17 anos e começou a produção do seu álbum de estúdio. O seu single de estreia, "Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh)", atingiu a posição número um na tabela musical UK Singles Chart em junho de 2009, tornando-a uma das maiores revelações do ano. Em setembro, o single "Boys and Girls" conseguiu o mesmo feito do seu antecessor, promovendo o então álbum de estreia de Pixie, Turn It Up, que na semana de lançamento atingiu o número seis na UK Albums Chart.
